Empowering future generations, FIERCE foundation is dedicated to uplifting Women and Children in the Greater La Crosse Area and beyond.
Our aim is to cultivate self-reliance and prosperity that spans generations by offering education, creating opportunities, and nurturing a strong sense of community. We achieve this through collaborative partnerships with local non-profit organizations that share our mission and values.
What is FIERCE Foundation?
Mission:
At FIERCE Foundation, our mission is to empower underrepresented women and their children by providing education, resources, and community connections. To date, we’ve helped create 65 entrepreneurial side hustles, proving that when women thrive, families and communities prosper.
Vision:
We envision a thriving, equitable community where women have the tools and opportunities to break barriers, pursue dreams, and pass on a legacy of empowerment. Through impactful programs, we aim to redefine success for generations

When I relocated to a safe and habitable housing, it marked the first time I felt empowered to envision a life beyond the cycle of abuse and hopelessness that had previously defined my existence. My goal is to establish a self-sufficiency collaborative that can profoundly impact the mental wellbeing of women and their children, equipping them with the education, access, and community to overcome systemic obstacles and create a sustainable future for themselves and their children.
