The FIERCE Foundation equips women and youth with resourceful resilience and creates pathways toward generational self-sufficiency through mentorship, entrepreneurship, education, and community.
Our work helps people recognize what is already within them, strengthen the skills and support around them, and take intentional steps toward lasting change.

OUR PROGRAMS
Programs That Create Access, Confidence, and Opportunity
FIERCE Foundation programs provide women and youth with practical tools, meaningful relationships, real-world experiences, and community-backed encouragement.
Each program strengthens resilience and resourcefulness in a different way while creating pathways toward confidence, entrepreneurship, income, and long-term opportunity.
Together We Rise is a 20-week entrepreneurship and empowerment experience designed to help women strengthen confidence, build practical skills, develop income-generating ideas, and move toward greater economic self-sufficiency.
Participants receive education, mentorship, accountability, community support, and practical tools that help them move from ideas into intentional action.
Through the generous support of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, Together We Rise is currently offered at no cost to participants.
A local youth entrepreneurship fair where young people create, market, and sell their own products in a real marketplace. Hosted through the Acton Children’s Business Fair platform and supported by the FIERCE Foundation, Acton Midwest, sponsors, and volunteers, Kidz Biz Fair gives young entrepreneurs the chance to use what they have, test ideas, and grow in confidence.
A community-powered pilot that turns donated and sourced items into flexible income opportunities and support for the FIERCE Foundation mission. FIERCE Finds helps women build resourcefulness, practice digital selling skills, and turn small opportunities into real movement.

Every scholarship funded, every youth booth sponsored, and every act of generosity helps create real movement. The impact grows when women gain support, youth practice entrepreneurship, and whole communities choose to invest in what is possible.
65+ women launched businesses or side hustles.
40 youth-run businesses in 2026, up from 10 in 2021.
